About Me
Katie Catanzarite (though a Fitzpatrick by marriage) graduated from Seton Hill University in 2016 with her BA in creative writing and in 2019 with her MFA in writing popular fiction. She is a national gold medal alumna of the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and has had poetry and prose published in magazines such as Eye Contact Magazine, Foliate Oak Literary Magazine, Five:2:One Magazine, Open Minds Quarterly, and the free online blog Late Bloom Read the Room.

Katie currently resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Sean, and works as a university admissions counselor by day and writes young adult novels by night (or during any free time she can get). Prior to that, she worked for two years in the self-publishing industry as a project coordinator. When she’s not writing or reading, she enjoys baking, singing, and musicals.
